What It's Like to Sit With Me
(For the ones who are curious, but not sure yet)
People ask me sometimes what I do.
Honestly, it’s a little hard to explain what I do without sounding vague, or overly “spiritual,” or like I’m trying to market something that doesn’t want to be marketed. But maybe the best way to describe it is to tell you what it feels like — from the inside.
Imagine sitting down with someone who has nothing to prove. They’re not trying to impress you. They’re not waiting to teach you something or guide you toward a five-step breakthrough. They’re just here...with you.
You begin talking. Not deeply at first, maybe about your day, or the weird tension you’ve been carrying lately, but haven’t had time to name. And somehow, without even noticing the shift, you start saying things you didn’t expect to say out loud.
There’s no pressure. There’s no performance. There’s just a sense that, finally, you don’t have to explain your way into being understood.
At some point, there’s usually a pause. Not the kind of pause that makes you scramble for words. The kind that feels real. Grounded and honest. The kind where your body catches up with your voice and quietly says, “Wait… that was the truth.”
And from there, it shifts again. Sometimes we cry, and sometimes we laugh. Sometimes we sit in silence that says more than a hundred ideas ever could.
This isn’t therapy. It’s not coaching. And it’s not a dramatic performance of healing.
It’s something else. It’s a space where your truth is finally allowed to echo — and someone is there to hold it without needing to label it, fix it, or filter it.
When the session ends, you don’t leave with a to-do list or a motivational quote. You leave feeling clearer. Not because I gave you the answers — but because, for once, you had room to feel the question underneath it all. And that’s it.
No incense. No jargon. No convincing.
Just time spent in real presence — with someone who knows how to hold it.
