How I Work
Before we meet, you’ll fill out a short questionnaire — just enough for me to understand where your business is at and how you see it. Then I take time to look at things on my own. I will look at everything: your website, photos, reviews, socials — and I feel/get the real experience of you through a stranger’s eyes. Not the version you hope they see… but the version that actually lands.
By the time we sit down, I already have a sense of what’s working, what’s confusing, and where the easy wins are right away. And where the deeper roots need attention. My goal is always the same: you leave lighter than you came in. Clearer and more grounded with small shifts already in motion — not another heavy list that makes you want to shut down.
