What It's Like to Sit With Me
(For the ones who are curious, but not sure yet)
People sometimes ask me what I do, and the truth is, it’s hard to put into neat words. If I call it “therapy,” it is not quite that. If I call it “coaching,” it isn’t that either. And if I try to make it sound polished or spiritual, it loses its truth. So instead of giving it a name, let me tell you what it feels like from the inside.

Imagine sitting down with someone who has nothing to prove. They are not trying to impress you and are not waiting to teach you something or guide you toward a five-step breakthrough. They’re just here...with you.
During the session, you may begin to talk, and it might feel ordinary. Not deeply at first, maybe about your day, or the weird tension you’ve been carrying lately, but haven’t had time to name. And somehow, without even noticing the shift, you start saying things you didn’t expect to say out loud.
There’s no pressure and no performance. There’s just a sense that, finally, you don’t have to explain your way into being understood.
At some point, there’s usually a pause, but not the kind of pause that makes you scramble for words. The kind that feels real, grounded and honest. The kind where your body catches up with your voice and quietly says, “Wait… that was the truth.”
And from there, things shift again. Sometimes we cry, and sometimes we laugh. Sometimes we sit in silence that says more than a hundred ideas ever could.
This Isn’t Therapy. It Isn’t Coaching. It’s Its Own Thing.
You can’t put this in a box because this is not a program, a formula, or a five-step plan.
What happens here is alive, and it shifts depending on you, your energy, and what your soul is ready for. Sometimes you’ll talk and hear yourself say the truth you’ve been circling for months. Sometimes the silence will do the work. And there are times a single sentence, the one you’ve been waiting for, will change the weight you’ve been carrying. You do not leave with homework or a hype. You go with something rarer: clarity, lightness, and the feeling of finally being met.
What to Expect
- A Slow Beginning – Presence first, pressure nowhere in sight.
-
Room for What’s Real – You don’t need the perfect question or story; you just need to show up.
-
Honest Silence – Sometimes the most powerful thing isn’t spoken at all—it’s the pause where truth lands.
-
Unexpected Clarity – The words may surprise you. They rise naturally in this space without being forced.
-
Gentle Direction – If a next step is needed, we’ll discover it together. Not pushed, just supported
What Makes This Different
- No incense, no jargon, no convincing.
-
No box to squeeze yourself into.
-
Just real presence, held with care, and the quiet sense that Spirit is in the room with us.
Ready to Feel It for Yourself?
Maybe you’ve tried therapists, coaches, courses, books, maybe all of them and still left feeling like nothing truly shifted. That can be discouraging, and it may even make you hesitant now.
That’s okay. It means you’re human, and it means you don’t want to waste your time or money on yet another approach that doesn’t meet you where you are. Which is exactly why I offer something simple to begin: a free 15-minute call.
It isn't a sales pitch or pressure. Just a chance to hear my voice, feel the energy for yourself, and decide if this space is what you have been waiting for.
I’m not here to convince you or sell you on another "method". I’m here to offer the work I was born to offer. If it resonates, you’ll know, and if it doesn’t, you’ll still leave with more clarity than when you came in.
(No pressure. Just presence.)
